Folks who have been with us for a while will remember Killa Vanilla.  However, liquid testing showed it needed to be reforumulated to remove the diketones.

Build, steep, test, build, test... repeat..  It took several tries and several versions, but finally culminated in our new recipe.  Outstanding flavour, zero diketones.
