CUPW threatening to strike.

Posted by Lars VanKessel on

Well folks, it looks like Canada Post (who we use to ship our products across this great land) is having problems coming to an agreement with their union workers and is threatening to lock out employees.

To avoid any possible delays we are switching to Fed-Ex for all shipments until an agreement has been met.

Unfortunately, this also means we need to discontinue the current promotion of "Free Shipping over $50."  We simply cannot maintain that with our new added costs, so until an agreement is made, our flat rate is going to be $15 to ship anywhere in Canada and our free shipping doesn't kick in until your order reaches $75.   We hate this as much as you do, but to avoid lost parcels or missing shipments or long delays we feel it's necessary to make these changes.
